Refunds & Exchanges
If a product does not meet your expectations for any reason within 30 days, you may send it back for a refund. If an item is defective or damaged, you may also send it back for a refund or an exchange within the same 30-day window. The item must be in new and unused condition. Postage costs are to be covered by the customer unless an error was made on our end.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at adam@garagegymlab.com. This will most likely need to be filed with USPS to get reimbursed for the cost of the item. We will work with you to get a replacement.
