The Eleiko Women’s Performance Weightlifting Bar is Eleiko’s entry-level 25mm female Olympic Weightlifting bar. This is, however, still a premium bar.

Equipped with a 25mm hard chrome shaft, Olympic knurl marks, needle bearings, and a 215,000 PSI tensile strength, it’s spec’d to handle all of your Olympic weightlifting needs.

The differences between this and the more expensive IWF Women’s Training and IWF Women’s Competition bars are that the Performance Weightlifting Women’s Bar has a less aggressive knurl than both, and it’s not IWF certified. It has the same 12-year warranty as the IWF Training Bar.

• Hard Chrome Finish – Chrome is a cost-efficient plating that does a good-but-not-great job at fighting off oxidation. You won’t get the same feel as you would with a non-plated finish like bare steel, stainless steel, etc… but you get a nice blend of feel and rust resistance without the larger price tag.
• 25mm Shaft – The 25mm shaft will generate great whip and it’s consistent with female Olympic Weightlifting standards.
