• Bolt-Together Design – The Griffin Competition Flat Bench uses 3×3 11-gauge steel to create a beefy frame. Being bolt-together, this bench does require some minor assembly by attaching the feet and the pad.
• Tripod Design – This bench is designed with a single post as the front foot. This allows more freedom for the lifter’s feet, which is a very important factor in generating leg drive.
• Weight Limit – The Griffin Competition Flat Bench is rated to hold 1,000 LBs, which is more than enough for the majority of lifters. 
• IPF Height – The best feature of this bench is that it sits 17″ from the floor to the top of the pad. This is within IPF specs and it allows for very efficient leg drive.
• Includes Wheels & Handle – The bench includes two rear wheels and a front-post handle, which makes it easy to move around the gym.
• Thicker Pad – Because of the frame design, the Griffin bench uses a 4″ thick pad to produce the 17″ overall height. The pad is firm, yet comfortable, and it’s built to withstand very heavy lifting.
